This area consists of miles of rocky and hard packed ATV trails that form nice long loops and some side 4x4 roads with pscenic mountain and lake views. The main staging area has plenty of room for camping and parking but there are no other services except for a vault toilet so come prepared. The trails are open seasonally to motorized use beginning around June through late October.

From: Salt Lake City, UT
1) Take I-80 East to Exit 148
2) Merge onto US-40 south, continue to Exit 4
3) Turn left (east) off the exit ramp onto SR-248, continue 11.4 miles
4) Turn left (north) onto SR-32/Main Street, continue .2 miles
5) Turn right (east) onto SR-150, continue about 20 miles
6) Turn right (north-east) onto Murdock Basin Road, continue about 1.5 miles
7) Turn right at the fork, continue about .5 miles toward the staging area.

*Note: Do not take trailers past the main staging area or up the Broadhead Meadows Road. Both roads are narrow and rocky.
