Other Names | Lake Sharpe, Fort Pierre OHV Park, Pierre ORV Park |
Last Known Status | Open |
This area offers 400 acres of hilly grassland terrain that is open to dirt bikes, ATVs and UTVs. While there are no designated trails the property boundaries are marked off. The park also has a motocross track that is maintained by the Central States Racing Association.
There is no fee charged to ride and while the area is open year-round, overnight parking is not permitted. Nearby Oahe Downstream Recreation area offers three campgrounds with modern amenities.
