This remote area has about 50 miles of mostly single track trails that wind through the Castle Mountains. Most of the trails form interconnecting loops, with some trails open to ATVs 50 inches or less.
Two primitive campgrounds are available that offer direct trail access. Grasshopper Campground has 12 sites and potable water but charges a small fee. Richardson Campground is free but only has three campsites but has no water. Both campgrounds have a vault toilet.
