This part of the Huron-Manistee National Forest offers two long loops that run north and south. The terrain is mostly sandy with some deep berms and a few hard pack sections. The trail has a max width of 24 inches and is marked with orange blazes on the trees.
There is no fee charged to park or ride but motorcycles must have a current Michigan ORV sticker. The trail system has one staging area with a vault toilet.
