22nd Annual NCWR Dual Sport Ride

The 22nd Annual Nevada County Woods Riders Dual Sport Ride is set for Saturday, May 21. The ride begins and ends at Skillman Campground and is about 140 miles long. The course offers a mix of dirt roads and trails with some short sections of pavement.

Riders must bring their own gas. Skillman Campground is the designated base camp and is the start, lunch, and finish. This is also where to fill up with fuel. Bikes must have a 100 mile minimum range. This is a GPS only ride, no roll charts!

Motorcycles must have USFS spark arrestor and pass a 96db sound check. Registration is required which can be done online.

Camping is available at nearby campgrounds on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby Nevada City is about 15 minutes away which has for hotels in town.
